    Torchwood aired tonight in the UK, given that Starz put up the bulk of the cash then it was only right they got global first run rights. Alas TW even with decent figures seemed to be one of the shows the BBC were willing to cast adrift claiming the cap on license fee increase was crippling them. When you only have £4 Billion to spend it's hard to make ends meet.
